Last updated August 2026

This policy explains how The Legacy Desk collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

Through this website we collect only what you choose to give us: your name, WhatsApp number, the adviser who referred you, and your answers to the estate readiness check. Standard analytics data about site usage is collected in aggregate.

Why we collect it

We use this information to prepare and send your personalised readiness report and Legacy Portfolio sample, to have the appropriate adviser contact you about them, and to follow up on your engagement with us. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it outside the practice and its licensed advisory firm except as required to serve you or by law.

Consent

We collect personal data only with your consent, given when you submit a form on this site. You may withdraw consent at any time, after which we will stop using your data and remove it from our marketing records.

Protection and retention

Personal data is stored on secured systems, accessible only to the practice. We retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by regulation, and dispose of it securely thereafter.

Access, correction and removal

To access, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent, contact our data protection contact at sumittiwari@thelegacydesk.co or WhatsApp +65 9451 9439. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

Engagement data

Information collected during a formal advisory engagement, including the Legacy File, is governed additionally by the written service scope and consent you sign at that engagement, and by the policies of the licensed advisory firm.
